So I break my strings about every two or three weeks. And everyone on my tennis team automatically assumes it’s because I have cheap strings. Funny, cause most of them have nylon, which is supposed to be cheaper (supposedly) than the strings I have.
And maybe, just maybe… I break my strings every two weeks because I play every damn day for at least an hour and a half and some days two hours and a half. I don’t know. Maybe it’s cause I play every day for an hour and a half when you play like once a week for an hour.
“Nope, I think it’s your strings.. They’re probably not quality.”
You obviously don’t know my dad and his love for tennis.

It’s really frustrating to work your ass off for hours every day and get no return, while the person right next to you doesn’t do shit and still succeeds.

I have to admit that my guy friends today are doing a really good job of cheering me up. And kudos to my cousin’s best friend. I’m really lucky to have humorous guys in my life when I need them.
Same to my girl friends. I feel really blessed today.
but also really just eh about everything. Thank the lord for friends.
